Pick up somebody from the country side of Spain, France, Germany and ask them if they know what's the difference between European Parlament and the European Comision.<br /><br />Why do we want them to participate in any kind of elections if we are not able to clarify what is the election for ? <br /><br />Eveybody laugh about the Belgiums, but, they have the best election regime ever, you are force to vote. Why do we want them to participate in any kind of elections if we are not able to clarify what is the election for ?

Eveybody laugh about the Belgiums, but, they have the best election regime ever, you are force to vote. I think Europe should do the same.
